We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can oversee our projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget compliance, and on-time completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with both our staff and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with foremen and teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain budget controls and ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure each phase meets scheduled milestones.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and project efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar, with a strong background in project management.
- Proven experience in managing staff and subcontractors on various types of construction and repair projects.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with an eye for quality and detail.
