Heart & Soil is seeking a dynamic and innovative Paid Media Content Strategist to spearhead our paid media creative strategy. You will lead the creative and strategic development of content across various paid advertising platforms. Your role will be instrumental in driving performance marketing results, enhancing product sales, and expanding our customer base.

You possess:
- Deep Experience in Paid Media Campaigns : You have a rich background in creating and executing content strategies for major ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for CPG brands.
- Mastery in Short-Form Video Content : You understand the power and potential of short-form video content and have a proven track record of strategizing and executing compelling video content.
- Analytics-Driven Decision Making : You are adept at interpreting paid media performance metrics and utilizing this data to guide your strategic decisions.
- Innovative Content Strategy Development : You excel in developing content plans that align with business goals, audience preferences, and current market trends.
- Collaboration & Communication : You bring a collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute innovative performance marketing concepts to boost product sales and new customer acquisition on Meta, X, TikTok, and other ad platforms as needed.
- Serve as the creative leader in performance marketing, balancing art and science in your approach.
- Create and maintain a database of creative angles and messaging, by SKU, with performance metrics and insights.
- Conceptualize campaign strategies for product sales and customer acquisition.
- Work directly with the Senior Media Buyer to identify areas of opportunity and optimize ad-spend allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the video & design teams to test, iterate, optimize, and scale creative.
- Lead the creation of detailed creative briefs, including copy direction and collaborating with creators and video editors.
- Coordinate production schedules with internal on-camera talent and video production teams.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates to maintain effective marketing efforts.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project management to ensure timely campaign execution.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in a strategic creative role, with a preference for paid media.
- Proven success in product marketing paid media campaign content production.
- Experience working with content production teams.
- Expertise in audience research and targeting.
- Exceptional creativity, conceptual thinking, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of the social media ads landscape and performance marketing tactics.
