Inviting applications for the role of Ecommerce- Assistant Manager – English – Onsite Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Business by ensuring all Ecommerce Finance deliverables are met.
- Cross train across all Ecommerce Finance Processes.
- Processing, reconciling, analyzing, problem solving, and improving processes in the Customer Refunds space.
- Enhance, automate, streamline & map processes.
- Perform Quality checks in the process as agreed.
- Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization by using specialists across Practice, Transitions, IT, and other relevant functions.
- Ensure SOPs are up to date.
- Prepare Month End Recon/Support.
- Ensure proper back-ups are in place for seamless service delivery to client.
- Resolve Zendesk Tickets by investigating and processing customer online refunds.
- Customer service and Query resolution.
- Payment Allocation and settlements.
- Reconciling and clearing of GLs.
- Support Team Leader.
- Reporting to business.
- Approvals and validations.
- Drive process Improvement.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
- Diploma in Finance.
- Relevant years’ experience in a finance/ operations role.
- Customer service experience.
- SAP, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Excellent, clear, and proficient communication with stakeholders at various levels.
- Sound decision making in evaluating problems.
- Attention to detail and proactive.
- Adaptable to a changing work environment.
- Ability to investigate issues and take necessary resolution action.
- Deadline driven, can work both independently and together as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and great work ethic.
- Perform to ethical standards.
