Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will take ownership of comprehensive financial management processes, including: Overseeing the full finance function, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and reporting. Managing hedging and treasury operations, ensuring risk mitigation and financial stability. Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to senior leadership. Supporting budget preparation and financial forecasting processes. Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and company policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations. Skills and Qualifications: CA(SA) qualification with 2-5 years post-articles experience. Proven experience in the mining or engineering industries. Solid understanding of hedging strategies and treasury operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
