Job Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries via telephonic or email.
- Follow up on all queries, preparing proposals where necessary.
- Assist with technical advice/support and recommend alternative products when applicable.
- Process Customer Quotes and Orders timely and accurately.
- Liaise with FWD Agents/Warehouse for packing of containers and loading of Trucks – Exw.

This role requires an individual who can self-manage their daily tasks and make calculated decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal, SARS, VAT, and SARB policies. The export industry is challenging and requires attention to detail and commercial maturity. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the export industry and possess relationship management capability, with the ability to interact at all levels.
Additional Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will coordinate the sales activity within the OTI Exports Division, processing Quotes, Orders, and Purchase Requisitions. You will also liaise with freight forwarders and other stakeholders to expedite cross-border and sea freight orders.
