Responsibilities include sales, sales team management, career expos, lecturer management, operations, facilities, and OHS. The ideal candidate has a 3-year business or hospitality management qualification, post-graduate in hospitality management, proven sales management skills, management experience, and experience in the hospitality industry. Salary: R600 000 - R636 000 plus commission, with potential for an annual bonus.

Requirements:
- 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing
- Tertiary education
- Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous
- Proven previous sales management skills
- Previous management experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company
