Our client is seeking a Corporate Relations Reporting Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure departmental reporting is done timely and accurately.
Functions:
• The incumbent is responsible to ensure departmental reporting is done timely and accurately, trends are analysed and communicated to the team leaders and management.
• Careful monitoring and reporting of retention statistics and areas for improvement.
• Quality Assurance of departmental service reports and managing departmental surveys.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher)
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
• Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing Business Development and/or Relationship Management
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in analysing data and preparing reports
