Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding services delivered under Marine Market Services contracts or under London Market Lineslips
Preparation, collation and quality assurance of deliverables for clients
Reviewing data collected from brokers and working closely with them to address any quality issues
Organising meetings with attendees from company and client organisations
Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from Clients and from the Marine Business Unit
The requisite skills and experience to fulfil these duties are as follows:
Comfortable in customer-facing situations
A focus on delivery
Attention to detail and a focus on quality
Good MS Office skills (Word & Excel) essential, knowledge of Access would be beneficial
Excellent Communication skills
The role will require someone to be based in the Ipswich office on a full-time basis, with occasional travel to our London office.
This is a temporary role for approx. 3 months, with an opportunity to become permanent.
