Qualifications / Requirements:
Fast-paced concern, are looking for a dynamic, solutions-orientated candidate, with a pro-active and hands on management style and exceptional communication and negotiating skills. Position would suit an extrovert with exceptional people and leadership skills.
• B.Com Degree / relevant qualification essential
• Candidate needs to have previously worked for an Accounting/Auditing firm, handling a large volume of accounts/clients
• Any retail exposure would be highly advantageous
• Sage Evolution experience
• Must have managed staff and have proven leadership skills
• Annual audit
• Enforcing correct procedures, legalities, contracts and deadlines
• Financial investigations
• Cash flow forecasts
• Management accounts
• Prepare board packs
• Budgets
• Reporting directly to and being the second in charge, to the FD
• Handling of company investments
