The YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme is a business-led collaboration with government. YES seeks to reduce youth unemployment across private and public sectors. The aim is to enable more youth to develop new skills and gain meaningful workplace experience, which will in turn significantly improve their chances of finding long-term employment.
This work and skills programme is a unique opportunity for young people aged 18-35 who are not in education, employment, or training. It is designed to help you build your work skills, confidence and potentially get your first job.
As a participant of the programme, you will:
Learn about the Key brand, culture, and values.
Work with experienced individuals who will support you throughout the programme.
Gain valuable work experience in the motor industry.
Develop your teamwork, communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
Receive feedback and guidance on your performance and progress.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Grade 12
LANGUAGE SKILLS
· Proven communication skills both Written and Verbal
· To read and interpret documents and reports
