- Contract: 45hrs per week
- Shifts: Morning and evening straight shifts only

Live in Head Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers, manage stock levels, and ensure top-quality ingredients
- Maintain hygiene standards and deliver high-quality pastries and desserts
- Train, lead, and motivate the pastry team, including task delegation and staff scheduling
- Work with senior chefs on menu development and handle customer feedback professionally in the head chef's absence
Live in Head Pastry Chef (Ideal) Candidate:
- Passion for creativity, and an eye for detail to craft beautiful and innovative desserts
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Great communication skills and the ability to train and support the kitchen team are a must
