My client near St Austell are seeking an experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef to expand their busy Kitchen Team.
Using only locally sourced produce, you will ensure that standards are kept high at all times.
The right candidate will be capable to use initiative and be proactive as well as being passionate about food within a vibrant, hardworking team.
You will need to be confident with all aspects of the kitchen.
You will be a forward thinking chef who is looking for a new challenge and who is passionate about your work.
Working hours are 5 over 7 and include a mixture of evenings and weekends and breakfast shifts working 45-47 hours per week
Annual salary 32,000- 33,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus tips.
