We’re looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Cancer Nursing team at The Harborne Hospital, our 4th NHS Joint Venture. Purpose built with both patients and colleagues in mind The Harborne Hospital is a 50 bed, multi-speciality, private hospital which combines deep clinical infrastructure with the exceptional technology and modern facilities HCA Healthcare UK (HCA UK) is known for. Our wide range of expertise allows us to deliver full clinical pathways at all levels of complexity across a mix of specialties and sub-specialties including Cardiology, Cancer and Complex Surgery.
As our new Sister / Charge Nurse you’ll be responsible for leading a team of experienced SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants in providing safe, holistic and individualised patient care. Day to day you’ll use your extensive experience within the Cancer setting to lead by example and make a big difference to your patients, using treatments rarely found elsewhere.
You’ll also have much more autonomy day to day, including more control over assessment and treatment decisions while having the support you need to develop your career, whether that’s through regular development sessions from external speakers or one of our many funded courses, including masters level qualifications.

A current NMC Nurse registration
Extensive experience within the Cancer / Oncology specialty
SACT competency
Evidence of continual professional development
