In this role you will be managing full supply chain relating to logistics. The role is essential for ensuring goods are received/delivered on time. Procurement Managing full procurement cycle.
Key responsibilities / main job duties: Logistics: - A-Z of all National and International shipments.
- Managing all logistics operations; packing list, commercial invoice, inventory, shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound goods
- National shipping Courier Companies.
- International shipping - Dealing with freight forwarders. Some knowledge of Customs Regulations, Compliance, Tariffs, Classification Codes etc.
Procurement: - Sourcing
- Prepare, placing, expediting & track of orders
Requirements: - Type of qualification: National Diploma / Bachelors degree in supply chain or equivalent
- Years of experience required: 5 years plus
- Professional license(s) required: N/A
- Required to have their own transport: Preferably
Proficiency in certain applications/computer programmes: - Efficient in Microsoft Office
- ERP System preferably EpiCor
Non-negotiable skills: - Understanding budgets & Tracking
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
