What Will You Do:
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and managing business development initiatives to ensure the company's growth and profitability. This role involves:
- Working closely with management.
- Digital business unit managers.
- Key accounts.
- Product development.
- HR and finance teams to develop and implement strategies.
This person will be responsible for managing the digital business risk and maximising margins.
What Do You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business/commerce/finance or a related field.
- Strong background in digital business models, software and technology solutions, with a proven track record in commercial management.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in martech and digital business technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
