Industrial Engineer Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Matric (Grade 12)
BSC / BEng Industrial Engineering (ESSENTIAL)
Experience:
- 5 years or more relevant Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience or Other Industry Related
- 5 years experience in Lean Six Sigma
- 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management essential
- Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning and design
- Development of BRS (Business Requirement Specifications)
- Development of SRS (System Requirement Specifications)
- WMS/ERP systems skills and experience: Operational experience and development experience will be advantageous
- TMS systems skills and experience

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring strategic business objectives and projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained, and measured.
- Effectively managing the change in various business segments (Departments).
- Guiding the Organization through the S-Curve.
- Supporting the Lean Six Sigma goals and strategy for the Company by identifying, analyzing, and implementing CIP initiatives.
- Warehouse Optimization and Planning.
- Transport Optimization and Planning.
- Successful collaboration with the Operations team and other internal stakeholders is critical.
- Successful collaboration with EXCO and Top Management is critical.
