To lead Change Management, Business Communication and People Initiatives for projects and business as usual initiatives within Standard Bank to enable Group strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce or Social Sciences
- 5-7 Years' experience and knowledge of change management and project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience with managing various stakeholders towards a common goal
- Understands the People and Culture environment and its business drivers
