KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Partnering with Business Developers and Account Managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to Business Development and Account Managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Completing timely reports on activity
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 6+ years’ experience in Recruitment
