Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of clients and industries. Your role will involve a proactive approach to generating business, sourcing and attracting candidates, placing candidates and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Proactive: - Generating and meeting monthly sales targets/ revenue.
- Generating business through various methods, including but not limited to cold-calling, warm-calling, setting up and attending client meetings and advertising.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client contact through to candidate placement.
- Provide advice and consultation to clients regarding market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers between clients and candidates.
- Source candidates by conducting candidate searches using job boards/ portals, social media and networking.
- Screen candidates through ad-response and interviews to assess their skills, experience and fit.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Achieving recruitment metrics/ statistics (referrals, send-outs, interviews and projects).
- Debriefing both clients and candidates.
Reactive: - Write and post job advertisements on various platforms and social media channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Placement Partner.
- When the administrator is unavailable, typing and correcting CV for presentation to the client.
- Conducting background checks and verifications, including MIE checks, references, social media checks, and employment verifications.
- Preparing candidates for interviews.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks depending on the needs of the desk.

Minimum requirements:
- Completed relevant degree i.e. Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, etc.
- A natural communicator with energy and enthusiasm to spare
