- Role summary
- As Project Manager, manage the delivery of the project and track progress against the detailed Project Plan. Provide visibility of progress and escalate issues and risks to relevant stakeholders.

- Project Execution
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure execution.
- Monitor project progress against established plans, identifying and addressing deviations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Project Control and Monitoring:
- Track project schedule, quality, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to inform stakeholders of project progress.
- Schedule, coordinate preparation, and record key discussion points at the monthly Steering Committee meeting and other key forums.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Project Closure:
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices.
- Facilitate formal acceptance of project deliverables from stakeholders.
- Ensure all key deliverable documentation is uploaded to the project's SharePoint site.
- Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operations or maintenance teams.

- Project Management Certification
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g Microsoft Project, Jira etc.)
- Track record of managing projects successfully

Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: • • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Redhat Linux on both a physical and virtual platform. • Experience with deploying, configuring and supporting Linux in a VMware environment • Experience with automation tools (Ansible) and patching using Redhat Satellite; • Providing multiple levels of support to help resolve incidents and problem resolution • Experienced in Problem tracking, Incident management etc , • Decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, monitoring live traffic on Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
