- Relevant certifications in motorcycle mechanics or workshop management
- Experience in motorcycle mechanics and managing a workshop
- Experience supporting motorsport events and understanding of the technical demands involved.
- Leadership Experience - Proven leadership abilities with a stable and consistent employment history, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in workshops
- Financial acumen, with experience managing workshop budgets, cost control, and profit optimization.
- Capability to mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a learning culture.
- Proficiency in workshop management software, inventory control, and CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
