Key Responsibilities: As the Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight and strategy. Your duties will include:
- Preparing management accounts and providing accurate financial reporting.
- Developing and monitoring annual budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Conducting cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with department heads to forecast and control costs effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes.
Skills and Qualifications: - CIMA/CGMA qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in management accounting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
