The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A Business Intelligence Analyst CBIA or CAP certification is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets and providing business insights
2. Identifying, understanding, and planning for organizational and business impacts of proposed changes and improvements.
3. Developing and managing BI solutions providing timely analyses and reports to management.
4. Maintaining data quality and overseeing database security.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Business Intelligence domain.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
3. Proficiency with BI software and tools.
4. Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certifications strongly preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
