Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Manager to ensure the highest quality and safety of their products while maintaining their prestigious AA+ BRC accreditation. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job role:
- Ensure the company and its suppliers meet BRC and other food safety standards.
- Maintain and develop the company s QMS.
- Review, improve and update the HACCP system.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working within a Food Manufacturing environment (essential).
- Food safety qualification (essential).
- Proven success with BRC audits (essential).
- Experience with HACCP/TACCP/VACCP.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment.
What s on offer:
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some overtime may be required during busy periods)
