Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Manage and review budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes. Monitor and manage tax compliance and liaise with relevant authorities. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insights. Qualifications and Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum of (X years) post-qualification experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of IFRS and other relevant financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
