Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk effectively. Collaborate with auditors during external and internal audit processes. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: CA (SA) qualification is essential. Minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and South African financial regulations. Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively. A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
