Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with InforVisual (ERP System) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in numeric, oral, and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
