Main Mission: Work professionals worldwide manage and deliver IT software projects of various sizes, ensuring successful implementation for diverse clients.
The Role Involves: - End-to-end management of various projects simultaneously (presales, requirement gathering and analysis; defining specifications, project planning, implementation, documentation and reporting, and closure).
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, deadlines and quality standards.
- Resource management, risk management.
- Stakeholder (internal & external) relationship management.
- Project team task coordination and motivation.
Education: - A Degree (BCom / BTech / BSc) in IT, Information Systems or equivalent.
- A Project Management qualification (PMP or equivalent).
Job Experience & Skills Required: - 5+ years experience working in a Financial and/or Communications services environment as a Project Manager.
- Experience with managing external client-facing projects is an asset.
