A leading tech company is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their high-performing team. In this role, youll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing key business processes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a tech environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field (essential)
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using process modeling software
- Knowledge of automation tools (RPA experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
