Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and distribute monthly management reports.
- Create quarterly cash flow forecasts.
- Generate financial reports for stakeholders.
- Develop annual financial statements in line with regulations.
- Supervise two accountants and manage payroll.
- Review contracts and ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Implement finance policies to reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
Qualifications and Experience: - Essential: CA(SA) accreditation.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in a financial management role.
- Experience in the investment or financial services industry is preferred.
