Major Compulsory Responsibilities
Responsible for routine network maintenance, fault locating, troubleshooting of datacom products.
Responsible for routine health check, network risk clearance, perform rectification and precaution check on datacom products.
Manage and handle the Maintenance operations on the datacom products.
Provide filed maintenance and technical support for datacom product as per customer requests.
Provide pre-sales technical support for key projects related to datacom products and solutions as a service technical expert.
Competence & Qualification Requirements
Service Skill Requirements
- HCIE or HCIP certificates are preferred.
- Good customer service awareness and strong internal and external communication and promotion capabilities.
- Have strong learning and summary output capabilities, and have strong business understanding.
- Professional Knowledge Requirements
- Have a basic command of routing and switching principles, BGP, QoS, SRV6, EVPN, and VXLAN technologies.
- Be familiar with any datacom product, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, or be familiar with NCE knowledge, IT cloud computing, and virtualization technologies.
- Have general knowledge of at least one datacom product solution, such as IPRAN, telecom cloud bearer, and campus network.
Required Education / Qualifications:
- Degree in the relevant field.
- At least 3 years of working experience

- Be familiar with Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point
