About the Role
There is an opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join our Customer Services team based in Pinetown, South Africa reporting to the Customer Service Manager. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for all front office customer engagement activities and administration.
Ensure that all calls and emails received are responded to timeously with clear communication presented to customers and internal stakeholders

What You Will Do
Main point of contact between business stakeholders, sales, customers and operational activity of the team;
Inbound call center management of calls and emails on all queries related to orders, deliveries, credits and uplifts;
Analysis and reporting on statistics related to nature of customer engagement and areas for improvement;
Accurate, timeous response to customers on queries;
Pride themselves on improving customer experience;
E-commerce engagement with customers;
Administrative roles on order entry tools to assist back-office team members;
Management of all corporate mailbox – inbox dispatcher;
Work cross functionally within the customer service team as the need arises.
Who You Are
Must have matric with post matric qualification in relevant field of Customer Services, Supply Chain or Business Administration;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Customer Services or Administrator role, with experience in order processing, claims & returns and customer credits within a FMCG or medical device industry;
Must be proficient Microsoft Office with SAP experience and understanding of Esker and EDI order tools and systems;
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English;
Must be punctual, organized with excellent attention to detail;
Must be team player, flexible and able to work accurately at a fast pace.
