Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join their team in the renewable energy industry in the Western Cape region. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities in the renewable energy sector in the Western Cape region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential clients.
- Create and present business proposals, including feasibility studies, financial projections, and project plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver presentations at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
Requirements:
- Formal Microsoft Office Suite training.
- 3 Years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including solar, wind, and hydropower technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.
