Pick Everard are searching for an IT Technician to join our engaging and collaborative team, operating from our central Leicester head office. As an IT Technician, you will provide an excellent standard of I.T. support which maintains Pick Everard's digital platform and the I.T. provision for all members of staff. Some of the duties include: troubleshooting, resolving and assisting with incidents, service requests and changes on a day-to-day basis. You will be installing hardware, software and building machines ready for deployment and providing on-site I.T. assistance at other Pick Everard Offices. This role forms a key part of the operational success of the IT team and the wider business of Pick Everard.
