POSITION: Customer Operations Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Operations
An exciting opportunity has become available in the Pepkor Installations business. If you are customer focused, this exciting opportunity is for you.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To coordinate administrative tasks pertaining to the customer, handling and solving customer queries. The position is based in Parow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and coordinating quotations
- General queries (telephonic and via email)
- Managing new stock, projects and roll outs
- Reading / understanding / interpreting all store plans
- The dedicated contact person for the customer (i.e., one-stop shop)
- Coordinating with planner on all internal order requisitions for client
- Supplier relationship building
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years customer service experience within an operations environment
- Strong organisational skills, ability to juggle various tasks and prioritise
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Have a flair / understanding for space planning, cost efficiencies and design principles
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) would be advantageous
- Competencies required: Problem solving; attention to detail; customer service orientation; stress tolerance; communication; building and maintaining relationships
