Position Summary:
The representative is an entry-level Customer Service position and a junior member of the team. The role is expected to carry out basic duties.
Some experience and knowledge of working in a customer service environment is expected; however, it is assumed that they would be trained and will develop experience on all aspects of the role over time. Some oversight would be required to guide them.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing orders, credits, loan kit queries, and repair order requests.
- Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests.
- Handling incoming e-mails and calls.
- Proactively communicating with internal & external customers.
- Investigating and resolving invoice disputes.
- Logging and following up on issue resolution and related communication back to the customer.
