About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls, directing customer service inquiries, and the handling of general queries.
Responsibilities
- Handling all direct complaints and following up to ensure all complaints are resolved
- Making stock orders
- Placing orders and filling invoices
- Directing all warranties
- Monthly statement printing and distribution
- Data Capturing on various systems

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
- 2-5 Years experience in a customer-facing position
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- Able to multi-task
- At least two years experience in a similar position
- Good command of English
- If a candidate can speak and understand Afrikaans it will be advantageous
- The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good command of MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent communicator with a strong sense of urgency
