THE ROLE
As the Business Process Analyst, you will shape and institutionalize bank-wide practices for business analysis and process engineering. You will oversee the implementation of these standards, enhancing procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables and promote best practices across the organization. This is an ideal position for a process engineer looking to influence large-scale improvements, set the gold standard, and drive excellence. Responsibilities include performing research on trends and best practices, improving consistency in deliverables, and guiding the continuous improvement of business analysis across assigned projects, squads, and business areas.
THE REQUIREMENTS
At least 8 years of Business Analysis experience
Bachelors / BCom Degree in Business Management
Experience with enterprise process engineering
Agile Methodologies
CPBA or ADBA form FTI CPBA or ADBA form FTI
