*In this role, you will:*
* Lead and develop the Finance team to deliver robust financial control and high-quality information for strategic decision-making
* Build strong partnerships across teams to promote effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork
* Manage the financial aspects of multiple projects and contracts
* Drive business planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of finance operations
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with senior leaders to shape financial strategies and ensure alignment with organisational goals
* Provide insights into monthly financial performance and risk narratives, working with internal stakeholders to achieve the highest standards
* Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting
* Champion a culture of financial partnership with operational teams, strengthening financial controls across all levels
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Experienced finance professionals, adept at managing complex project accounting and stakeholder engagement
* Skilled in fostering a high-performing finance team, with proven abilities to influence, support, and challenge to achieve organisational priorities
* Qualified individuals with a CCAB or international accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), ready to make a difference
