NDC Personnel & Contractors is on the hunt for an Office / Finance Administrator for an FMCG brand in Gauteng Are you capable of ensuring the proper flow of office procedures and supporting staff by carrying out common office duties? This role may be for you if you can maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first in line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online and via telephone. In this role youll manage phone calls and correspondence; welcome visitors and manage the reception area; manage the boardroom diary; and avail yourself to the executive team as and when needed. The control of office supplies and services will also be your domain, as well planning and arranging meetings and catering for events. Youll also provide financial administration for the creditors and debtors teams. We need an individual who is well-spoken, understanding and client friendly. Matric is essential, as is fluency in English and Afrikaans.
