Job Experience and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
- 8 to 10 years of post-articles experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry
- Proven track record in financial reporting, with a deep understanding of IFRS
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the financial reporting process
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, including consolidations
