Job Title: HR Officer
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an HR Officer to join their team:
- Full maintenance of the HR system
- Facilitate and assist with any development or disciplinary issues
- Conduct exit interviews
- Recruitment and induction for all new employees
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
- General administration
- HR reports
- Conduct branch visits regularly
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification and or similar qualification and or experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification and/or experience
- Knowledge of local labour laws is advantageous
- 2 to 3 years experience in an HR Officer position
- Must be willing to travel to Vaal, Kimberley, Rustenburg and Potchefstroom
- Someone who speaks Afrikaans is essential for this role
