- Min Bachelor's Honours degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial company
- Proven track record in employee engagement, organisational development, and change management
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
