Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer service, retention, and telesales of short courses to existing clients/members.
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the courses being marketed.
- Accurately capture customer and potential customer details.
- Proactively seek out new ways of promoting employer products.
- Provide daily reports on targets achieved.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience essential.
- Customer service oriented.
Package & Remuneration
R6 500 - R8 500 basic + good commission structure.
