Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Business Requirements:
- Gather and document business requirements related to financial processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
System Integration:
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
- Implement and test financial system upgrades and enhancements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial projections.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure financial processes comply.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate financial insights and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the banking industry.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial processes, banking operations, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
