Are you a dedicated Housekeeping Manager with a proven track record of leading a team to deliver excellent guest experiences? We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Housekeeping Manager to join our vibrant team at our stunning resort in Noordhoek.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all guest areas
- Implement and monitor daily housekeeping schedules to ensure efficiency and timely service
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance productivity and job satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Manage inventory, requisition supplies, and handle stock control for housekeeping needs
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- References and a positive track record in a supervisory housekeeping role
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of housekeeping management software is a plus
