Key Responsibilities: - Financial Management: Oversee daily finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company standards.
- Cost Control: Analyze costs, variances, and operational efficiencies to support cost-saving initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including managing internal and external audits.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior management and other departments to align financial objectives with business strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and efficiency within the finance function.
Qualifications and Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance management, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in IFRS, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Systems Proficiency: Strong skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel capabilities.
