Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Business development building
- Drive revenue and sales
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for all parties.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments and share insights with internal teams.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and reach.
- Provide input and support for strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and value proposition, and effectively communicate these to clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Technical Engineering Qualification
Skills
- 3 5 years strong technical sales experience
- Must be comfortable with ERP systems (Syspro Advantageous)
- Willing to travel nationally
- Plant machinery experience (Mining Sector)
