This role is perfect for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial accuracy. Youll work on consolidating financial statements, analyzing variances, and providing critical insights that support our organizations goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Consolidations: Prepare and review group-level consolidations, ensuring all entities are accurately reflected in line with IFRS and internal standards.
- Monthly Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insights to help inform decision-making.
- Audit Preparation: Work with auditors to fulfill audit requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in reporting and consolidation processes.
- Collaboration: Liaise with finance teams across regions to maintain alignment on reporting processes.
Qualifications and Skills: - Chartered Accountant (CA): Recently qualified with 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS: Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards and financial consolidation principles.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative Approach: Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
