As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives. The ideal candidate is CIMA-qualified, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and possesses strong technical and strategic financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide financial advice on key projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills: - CIMA qualification (essential).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Syspro and ODBC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
